- 3 tablespoons Tamari or soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Mix well together and toss with greens! Enjoy!
You can also try lightly stir-frying your greens with other veggies of your choice and mixing with basmati, or your favorite rice. Top with the dressing for a delicious change of pace! For an impromptu mo-shu wrap, spread hoisin sauce over a multi-grain tortilla, add the warm rice mixture, roll, and enjoy!
