Perfect Popcorn on the Food Network

 There is nothing worse than popping a whole batch of popcorn and having an equal amount of unpopped kernels at the end. I use a Whirly Pop popcorn maker to avoid this, but if you don't have one, the link below has a great method for preparing perfect popcorn. I use olive oil and salt, put right in before popping. The popcorn comes out seasoned and delicious with no need for additional butter. Parmesan cheese mixed with Italian herbs is a great addition as well.  If you are in the mood for a sweet treat simply sprinkle cinnamon sugar over your hot popcorn, or trying adding some cinnamon and sugar when you add the oil. You will end up with an easy kettle corn. Make sure to shake the pan the whole time, or you'll end up burning the sugar!
